5K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Position Summary The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining consumer relationships through a series of interactions intended to reach target audiences and bring a steady flow of leads into the sales pipeline through chat, phone, and email engagement.
The Customer Engagement Specialist will be an advocate for the lead / prospective customer, while also aligning to agreed upon strategies established through marketing campaigns and with the sales group.
This position will use these engagement activities to reach target audiences and bring in a steady flow of leads into the sales pipeline, while also providing exceptional customer service as a Buyer's Advocate.
Job Functions Utilize phone, live chat, and email to engage with prospects and build marketing qualified leads.
Keep in constant contact with prospective and current customers and maintain follow-up during campaigns via phone, email, video call, etc.
Utilize soft sales skills/tactics to promote the Yanmar brand and for lead generation efforts.
Process lead contact forms through Salesforce Enter and maintain lead and contact data into Salesforce CRM database.
Maintain a professional brand image by speaking positively and enthusiastically about Yanmar as a company, Yanmar brand, products and services.
Use Values-Based Messaging to effectively present the Yanmar brand value proposition to prospective and current customers.
Use identified outbound tactics to qualify prospects for immediate follow-up by division or for further nurturing campaigns.
Identify workflows and processes that help streamline communication and operational efficiency.
Report performance and communicate changes to immediate Supervisor; engage in presentations as requested by the Customer Engagement Team Maintain continuous responsiveness to all social media, web form, telephone and other inquiries.
Work closely with sales group to establish understanding of machines, services, programs, and products.
Maintain open lines of communication to build onto established marketing strategies and campaigns.
Research technical concerns, when applicable, and advise end user of solution or parts information.

Must be able to navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed.
May occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds in an office, customer, or similar setting.
Must be aware of surroundings.
Job Qualifications A bachelor's degree in preferred or equivalent work experience Technical knowledge of tractors and UTVs preferred.
2
years' experience in telemarketing, customer service, and/ or inside sales.
