Responsibilities:
Commissioning of the digital printing system and installation of the printing technology components.
Prepare the digital file for printing on SPC board Alignment of the print heads to each other and harmonization of the print density.
Preparation of print data with the appropriate soft-ware tools.
Work with Adobe Photoshop (new designs) Creation of color profiles and setting of printing parameters (register and color setting) Color matching and existing flooring designs.
Repair and maintenance of printing modules.
Implementation of print optimization measures.
Default analysis and elimination.
Documentation and recording of the maintenance and service.
Training of the operating staff.
Independent further enhancement of new processes in digital printing technology including preparation and execution of trials Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Apprenticeship as a printer of print and media technician Manual skills Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop INDCal Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
